Add back/forward cache quirk for Vimeo.com. <https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/250437> made Vimeo.com eligible for the back/forward cache but the content currently does not support it. To address the issue, I'll restore pre-r250437 on Vimeo.com until they can fix their content.
